Provided is a method based on a laser sintering technique for preparing a porous graphene-reinforced titanium-based nanocomposite material, comprising the following steps: (1) powder mixing: jointly placing titanium hydride, titanium powder, and graphene powder according to a certain ratio into a ball milling tank for argon protection and intermittent ball milling and material mixing, and mixing evenly to produce a composite powder; and (2) laser dot-matrix or linear-array sintering: sintering the composite powder in step (1) by using a laser dot-matrix or linear-array multi-layer sintering technique, thus allowing the titanium hydride to be dehydrogenated and sintered into one with titanium and graphene, where the hydrogen dissolved from the titanium hydride powder provides a pore-forming effect during a laser sintering rapid melting/condensing process, and the laser forms macroscopic pores of the sintered material in either a dot matrix or a linear array, thus preparing blocks of the porous graphene-reinforced titanium-based nanocomposite material. The method prevents a reaction between titanium and graphene and ensures that the nanocomposite material so prepared has great performance.
