A transcranial Doppler-based method for displaying three-dimensional intracranial blood flow information and a system thereof, the method comprising: A. performing multi-beam ultrasound scanning on a predetermined intracranial area using a transcranial Doppler ultrasound probe, and receiving an ultrasound echo signal (S1); B. calculating, on the basis of the ultrasound echo signal, to obtain blood flow information including the depth of intracranial vessels, the direction of blood flow, relative blood flow volume and blood flow velocity (S2); C. obtaining blood flow information in a plurality of directions on the basis of the scanning of the predetermined area, forming a stereoscopic model including blood flow information by a three-dimensional modeling operation (S3); D. visualizing the data of the stereoscopic model to form a three-dimensional image, and performing individualized adjustments to the three-dimensional image according to user commands, and outputting the image in order to present the image to the user (S4). Compared with MRI, CT, DSA and the like, the present invention is low-cost, convenient and can be used for repeated detection.
