PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic imaging device which three-dimensionally observes the blood flow kinetics of a desired blood vessel in a blood vessel imaging inspection.;SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnostic imaging device is equipped with a control section 1A, a console 1B, an image processing section 15, and an image displaying section 16. In addition, the control section 1A performs a control in such a manner that second X-ray transmission data may be obtained at every specified rotation angle of the holder 17 under a state in which the contrast agent is injected in a subject 12. The console 1B sets a range for the rotation angle of a blood vessel imaging image which is calculated at every rotation angle of the holder. The image processing section 15 calculates a differential image between the second X-ray transmission data and the first X-ray transmission data which is stored in the storage section 151 as a blood vessel imaging image at every rotation angle, and at the same time, constitutes a three-dimensional blood flow image from the blood vessel imaging image in the range of the rotation angle which is set by the console 1B.
