A synchronous sampling method and sampling system for a battery management system. The method comprises: at least synchronously collecting the voltages of all the single batteries in the battery management system once. The method for synchronously collecting the voltages of all the single batteries in the battery management system comprises: setting a clock level of a main controller to be a first level (S1); setting a clock status of a plurality of sub-controllers to be an input status, and monitoring a synchronous clock line (S2); setting the clock level of the main controller to be a second level (S3); the plurality of sub-controllers synchronously collecting a voltage of a corresponding single battery when the first level is changed to the second level (S4); and the plurality of sub-controllers feeding back the voltage of the single battery collected thereby to the main controller (S5). The sampling system has the following advantages: having low costs and being easy to realize since only a synchronization clock line needs to be added without changing the configuration of a PACK; and being able to completely eliminate the influence from a change in a voltage of a resistor and a charging end and a discharging end of a battery, and having high precision.
