[Solution] A fluorescence detection device 100 is provided with a cell 110 into which components to be analyzed within a sample are introduced, a light source 130 for irradiating excitation light onto the components to be analyzed in the cell, a first detector 52 for measuring fluorescence generated by the components to be analyzed when the components are irradiated with excitation light, and a second detector 53 for measuring the fluorescence emitted by the components to be analyzed with a measurement range different from that of the first detector after the excitation light has been irradiated onto the components to be analyzed, and is characterized in that the first detector and second detector detect the fluorescence simultaneously.
