METHOD OF CULTURING PHOTO/THERMO-SENSITIVE GENIC STERILE RICE

Provided in the present application is a method of culturing photo/thermo-sensitive genic sterile rice, comprising: mutating a rice seed, planting M1 and M2 generations under conditions of long daylight and high temperature and selecting a sterile phenotype plant. The acquired photo/thermo-sensitive sterile line can be used for a two-line method of rice culturing.
