The device for producing hydrogen using methanol steam reformation comprises a methanol steam storage container (1), a transfer pump (2), a frequency converter (3), a heat exchanger (5), and a reformer (4). The frequency converter (3) is configured to convert a low-frequency voltage or a direct current voltage into a high-frequency voltage required by a solenoid (421) in an electromagnetic heater (42), and is provided with a liquid-cooled heat sink (31). The methanol steam material flows past the liquid-cooled heat sink (31) while being pumped by the transfer pump (2), such that heat generated by the frequency converter (3) is removed by the methanol steam material. The reformer (4) is provided with a reformation chamber (41), the electromagnetic heater (42), and a hydrogen purifier (43), and the electromagnetic heater (42) comprises the solenoid (421) and a metal magnetic member (422).
