An urban rainwater treatment technology relates to the technical field of environment engineering. The technology comprises the steps: rough filtration, precipitation, activated sludge treatment, sterilization, and the like. By means of the technology, water is sprayed in a dry fog form, and then ultraviolet rays are used for sterilization; and the dry fog itself is smaller in particle size, the ultraviolet rays can sterilize more comprehensively, and the effect thereof can completely meet the requirements of Domestic and Drinking Water Hygienic Standard of the People's Republic of China GB5749-2006.
