SLEEP REGULATION HELMET FOR INDIVIDUAL SOLDIER DIGITIZED BATTLEFIELD

A sleep regulation helmet for an individual soldier digitized battlefield comprises a helmet body (1), and comprises a head position collection module (00) for collecting a head position change value of a soldier, a physical sign collection module (10) for collecting physical signs comprising a blood pressure value and a brain wave value, a control module (20), a timing module (30), an optical fiber module (40) and a playing module (50), all of which are disposed on the helmet body (1). The control module (20) receives the head position change value, the blood pressure value and the brain wave value; when any one of the values exceeds a corresponding preset threshold, the control module (20) controls the timing module (30) to start timing; if the timing value exceeds a preset time threshold, the control module (20) controls the optical fiber module (40) to emit light and controls the playing module (50) to play electronic fireworks. By waking up a sleeping soldier by using light and sound, harms to the two eyes and the two ears of the soldier is reduced, and the effect that the soldier keeps fighting without the need of continuous sleep is achieved, thereby reducing the probability of affecting the fighting level due to fatigue brought by long-time fight of the soldier.
