Provided is a power-on timing sequence control circuit, comprising: a triggering unit (11), comprising a first trigger (111) and a second trigger (112), wherein two input ends of each trigger are respectively connected to a time delay circuit (12) so as to enable a time delay of an output power source control signal to be the sum of time delays of two input end signals; power source drive signals are respectively output through output signals of the two triggers so as to drive power source units (2, 3); and a difference between time delays of the various power source drive signals forms a power-on timing sequence of the power source units (2, 3), thereby realizing accurate power-on time delay control and a secure power-on timing sequence. Further provided are a power-on timing sequence control method, a power supply apparatus and an electronic terminal.
