A remote smart control system comprises a remote controller and a controller in signal connection to the remote controller, and further comprises an execution mechanism electrically connected to the controller and capable of executing a control operation. An operation interface of the remote controller comprises a main interface, the main interface comprises a smart key, and the control system can automatically judge a running mode of a controlled device so as to execute and operate, through the smart key, a plurality of functions on the controlled device. The remote smart control system replaces all original key modes, needing to be manually converted, with an automatic key by automatically judging a running mode, so the operation is simple and convenient, and the degree of intelligence is high. The present invention also relates to an air-conditioning system having the control system and a control method for control using the control system.
