The present invention relates to an apparatus for remotely controlling and managing a heating system and a method thereof and, more specifically, to an apparatus for remotely controlling and integrally managing a heating system through the direct communication of a room controller (R/C) which includes a smartphone app (APP) and a wireless (WiFi)/wired (LAN) module after an authentication process in an integrated management server and a method for remotely controlling and managing the heating system using the same.
