This target person finding assistance system is provided with: a beacon transmission device which is attached to a target person and which has an internal battery and a beacon transmission unit that is powered by the internal battery, and that transmits a beacon representing target person identification information; a relay device which receives the beacon transmitted from the beacon transmission device and associates and transmits the received target person identification information and relay device identification information; a first terminal device which transmits target person identification information for a search request; and a server device which has a reception unit for receiving information from the relay device and the first terminal device, a selection unit for selecting, from the target person identification information transmitted by the relay device and received by the reception unit, target person identification information matching the target person identification information for the search request, transmitted from the first terminal device, and a transmission unit for transmitting, to the first terminal device, location information based on the relay device identification information associated with the target person identification information selected by the selection unit. The first terminal device has a first display unit which displays, to a user, the location information transmitted from the server device.
