[Problem] To provide an image processing device capable of performing image processing with little delay, for captured images. [Solution] Provided is an image processing device comprising: an imaging element capable of reading any data in pixel group units comprising a pixel or a plurality of adjacent pixels; and a control unit that determines a reading order for the data, for the imaging elements, and reads data from the imaging elements on the basis of the determined reading order. The image processing device is capable of processing captured images, with little delay, as a result of reading data from imaging elements on the basis of the determined reading order.
