Disclosed are a production method and equipment for marine oil gas energy sources without carbon emission. The production method comprises: marine oil gas exploitation, subjecting a flue gas produced from the production device for marine oil gas energy sources to seawater washing desulfurization, and re-injecting the carbon and nitrogen-containing flue gas into a seabed oil gas field. The production equipment comprises a marine oil gas exploitation facility, a seawater washing desulfurization device, a carbon and nitrogen-containing flue gas pressurizing and re-injection device, a marine fuel oil power plant set up beside the marine oil gas exploitation facility and used for supplying power to a power grid, and an oil gas processing plant. The production method and equipment for marine oil gas energy sources without carbon emission can economically and safely sequester carbon dioxide generated in the production process of marine oil gas energy sources, increase the oil gas recovery rate, namely, the ratio of the recoverable quantity of oil gas to the reserve thereof in the marine oil gas field, provide a feasible approach for clean fuel utilization without carbon emission, and add a new economic and efficient solution for achieving the 2¡ãC climate goal (2DS) of the International Energy Agency (IEA) and the overall process CCS technology.
