ALUMINIUM ALLOY INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE AND INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS

An aluminium alloy injection moulding machine and an injection moulding process, comprising: a mould clamping mechanism, an ejection mechanism, an injection mechanism, and an electrical control system, the injection moulding mechanism comprising: a material barrel (1) having an opening at both ends, a heating apparatus (3) covering the material barrel, an injection nozzle (2) fixed at the opening of the inner end of the material barrel, a feed apparatus (4) fixed at the top part of the outer end of the material barrel and in communication with the material barrel, an injection rod (5) movably arranged at the opening of the outer end of the material barrel, and an injection oil cylinder (6) for pushing the injection rod to extend into the material barrel, the diameter of the injection rod having a clearance fit to the diameter of the opening of the outer end of the material barrel, and the heating apparatus and the injection oil cylinder both being connected to the electrical control system. The present aluminium alloy injection moulding machine enables the preparation, conveying, and moulding of liquid aluminium alloy to be implemented in a single apparatus, namely the present aluminium alloy injection moulding machine, completely preventing the introduction of air into the injection moulding machine and thereby improving the quality of the finished product.
