Disclosed are a method and system for accelerating network transmission of an acceleration strategy with a hierarchical configuration. The method comprises: receiving a request from a client; parsing the request to determine a service type of the request; judging whether a specific acceleration strategy for carrying out configuration for the service type exists in a kernel pre-configured with a plurality of acceleration strategies, wherein the plurality of acceleration strategies are corresponding to different kernel acceleration parameters; and when it is determined that the specific acceleration strategy for carrying out configuration for the service type exists in the kernel, instructing the kernel to adopt a kernel acceleration parameter corresponding to the specific acceleration strategy to send a packet.
