A special combined cable reel for an emergency rescue charging vehicle of an electric vehicle, comprising an alternating current charging cable reel (1), a direct current charging cable reel (2), an alternating current charging gun and cable (4), and a direct current charging gun and cable (6), wherein the combined cable reel is further provided with a frame type guide carriage (5), a steering guide wheel (3), and a frame (8); the alternating current charging cable reel (1) and the direct current charging cable reel (2) are integrally mounted in the frame (8), and are arranged on an upper layer and a lower layer respectively; the drums of the two reels are staggered with respect to each other in an axial direction; the frame type guide carriage (5) is mounted at the lower part in the frame (8); the alternating current and direct current guns and cables (4, 6) extend out of the frame type guide carriage (5). The combined cable reel is characterized by a compact structure, easy operation, labor saving, convenient maintenance, automatic cable cleaning, high safety and reliability, and therefore is particularly suitable for operations of the emergency rescue charging of electric vehicles.
