APPARATUS FOR DRY ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION OF DEWATERED SLUDGE

An apparatus for dry anaerobic fermentation of dewatered sludge, comprising: a fermentation tank (11), a double-helical-ribbon stirrer (12), and a helical auger (16). A sludge inlet and a sludge outlet are respectively provided at the upper portion and the lower portion of the fermentation tank (11); the double-helical-ribbon stirrer (12) transversely penetrates through the fermentation tank (11) and is close to the sludge inlet; the helical auger (16) transversely penetrates through the fermentation tank (11) and is close to the sludge outlet; the double-helical-ribbon stirrer (12) is provided above the helical auger (16) and is used for promoting heat and mass transfer of sludge and accelerating the evolution of gas in the fermentation tank; the helical auger (16) is used for stirring the sludge at the lower portion of the fermentation tank (11) and pushing the sludge to the sludge outlet when the sludge in the fermentation tank (11) is being discharged. By means of the apparatus, dry fermentation can be effectively and directly carried out to dewatered sludge, and the gas production efficiency is greatly improved.
