Disclosed is a sweet osmanthus beautifying tea and a preparation method therefor. The raw materials of the tea are consisted of the following compositions by part of weight: 30-50 parts of sweet osmanthus, 10-20 parts of angelica sinensis, 1-8 parts of radix puerariae, 10-20 parts of feverfew, 1-8 parts of gardenia, 1-8 parts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 1-8 parts of coix seed, 1-8 parts of licorice, 1-8 parts of green tea, 1-8 parts of kapok, 1-8 parts of plumeria, 10-20 parts of red peony root, 1-8 parts of rock sugar, 10-20 parts of cassia seed, 10-20 parts of hawthorn and 1-8 parts of Chinese wolfberry. The preparation method of the above-mentioned sweet osmanthus beautifying tea comprises: drying and grinding the raw materials, then decocting them in water, and spray drying to obtain the tea.
