Provided is a pillow used for promoting shoulder-and-neck health management, comprising a pillow body (1) and a shoulder pad (2); the shoulder pad (2) is detachably connected to the pillow body (1); the pillow body (1) is provided with a hole (11), a miniature speaker (12), a controller (13), a power source (14), and a switch button (15); the bottom of the shoulder pad (2) is provided with a heater (21). Pre-stored music is played back by means of the miniature speaker (12) arranged in the hole (11), relaxing the mood of the user and accelerating the user's entry into a state of slumber without affecting people in the surroundings; by means of the controller (13), the miniature speaker (12) is controlled to play music and transmit the music to the ear of the user without interfering with the user's sleep; when the user is sleeping, the cervical vertebrae and shoulders are fully protected by means of the shoulder pad (2), and shoulder and neck disorders are treated with hyperthermia therapy by means of the heater (21) arranged on the shoulder pad (2). The time of treatment is effectively prolonged, thus reducing the cost of care, improving the user's quality of sleep, and promoting the health of the user.
