A charging circuit, a mining lamp having the same and a charging method for a mining lamp. The charging circuit for charging a battery comprises: a first external charging device (20), an identification circuit (40) connected to the first external charging device (20), and a protective circuit (50) and a charging management circuit (60) connected to the identification circuit (40) respectively. The charging management circuit (60) is connected to the protective circuit (50) and the battery is connected to the protective circuit (50). The identification circuit (40) is used to detect and identify a voltage supplied by the first external charging device (20). The present invention can solve the problems of a mismatch between existing mining lamps and charging devices in certain special cases, and damage to the cycle life of battery; the present invention achieves matching between various charging methods, enables the mining lamp to be used with more charging devices, and effectively ensures the cycle service life of the battery.
