SAFE CHOPSTICK FOR USE IN DETECTING PESTICIDE RESIDUE IN FOOD

A safe chopstick for use in detecting pesticide residue in food, comprising a chopstick front extremity part (1) and a chopstick rear extremity part (2). The chopstick rear extremity part (2) employs a hollow structure. A sealing cap (20) is arranged at a tail part of the chopstick rear extremity part (2). A pesticide residue sensor (21), a driving unit (22), and a microcontroller (24) are arranged within the chopstick rear extremity part (2). The pesticide residue sensor (21) and the driving unit (22) are connected onto the microcontroller (24). The pesticide residue sensor (21) and the sealing cap (20) are connected onto the driving unit (22). The driving unit (22) drives the sealing cap (20) to open automatically and drives the pesticide residue sensor (21) to extend automatically from the interior of the chopstick rear extremity part (2). The pesticide residue sensor (21) detects for pesticide residue in the food. When the pesticide residue in the food is greater than a preset detection concentration, the microcontroller (24) generates a piece of excessive pesticide residue reminder information. The safe chopstick effectively prevents a user from accidentally ingesting food having excessive pesticide residue, thus facilitating physical health and safety.
