Provided in the present invention are an indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 2 inhibitor and applications thereof. Specifically, provided is a compound as represented by formula I of the present invention or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound has excellent indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 2 activity inhibiting and antitumor effects. Also provided in the present invention are a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound and applications in terms of inhibiting indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase.
