A structure for enhancing heat dissipation of VR glasses and VR glasses. The VR glasses comprise a VR glasses main body and temples arranged at both sides of the VR glasses main body; the VR glasses further comprise two PCBs (11, 12), the two PCBs (11, 12) are arranged inside the VR glasses main body, a group of heating sources (2, 3) are correspondingly arranged on each PCB (11, 12), and the two PCBs (11, 12) are connected by means of a flexible circuit connection member (4). By means of the VR glasses, the problem of heat emission is solved effectively, and the influence of heat emission on a user is reduced.
