A heat dissipation apparatus based on a hand-held terminal of VR glasses, a hand-held terminal and VR glasses. The heat dissipation apparatus based on the hand-held terminal of the VR glasses comprises: a fan (2) and an air guiding groove (3) accommodated in a shell (1), wherein the fan (2) is mounted at a side of a heating element; one end of the air guiding groove (3) is opposite the fan (2), and the other end is opposite a plurality of ventilation holes (4) arranged on the shell (1); and the air guiding groove (3) has a rectangular corrugated concave-convex structure, and a concave portion therein forms the air guiding groove (3).
