Provided are a method for pushing information when alerting according to voice, and alternating-current earphones, said method comprising: recording one or a plurality of voice information preset by a user (S101); monitoring the current environment and determining whether voice information preset by the user has appeared (S102); if not, then maintaining the normal use of the earphones (S103); if so, then alerting the user and pushing patent information to the user's mobile phone (S104). Voice information preset by the user is recorded by means of the earphones; when voice information preset by the user appears, the user is alerted, such that when another person calls the user, the earphones intelligently identify and alert the user and highlight the rights and interests of the patent applicant or patentee.
