A health pre-warning method and system (100) based on a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: a mobile terminal acquiring fingerprint information about a user and a user heart rate (S1); the mobile terminal identifying a user identity according to the fingerprint information, and querying, in a pre-stored heart rate information library, an abnormality warning heart rate corresponding to the user identity (S2); the mobile terminal determining whether the user heart rate is abnormal according to the abnormality warning heart rate (S3); and if it is determined that the user heart rate is abnormal, the mobile terminal sending a warning short message to a pre-determined number and/or dialling the pre-determined number (S4). The system (100) comprises an acquisition module (110), an identification module (120), a determination module (130) and a control module (140). The method and system can use a fingerprint to acquire a heart rate, can monitor the heart rate, and can give a warning when an abnormality occurs to the heart rate, thus improving the safeguarding of the life of the user.
