Provided is a method for continuously producing battery-grade lithium carbonate, comprising: a. first feeding:60%-80% of the total amount of a sodium carbonate solution and 20%-40% of the total amount of a lithium sulphate solution are added to a reactor A in a parallel feeding manner, and the feeding time is 30-180 min and the temperature is 50°C-100°C; b. second feeding: after the first feeding is completed, the feed liquid in the reactor A flows into a reactor B, the temperature is maintained at 50°C-100°C, the remaining sodium carbonate solution and lithium sulphate solution are added in a parallel feeding manner, and the feeding time is 30-180 min; and c. obtaining battery-grade lithium carbonate: after the second feeding is completed, solid-liquid separation of the feed liquid in the reactor B is performed, and the solid is washed and dried to obtain the battery-grade lithium carbonate. In the method, parallel feeding is employed twice; the feeding amount, feeding temperature and time are strictly controlled; hydrogenation is performed without introducing carbon dioxide; and the continuous production of the battery-grade Li2CO3 is realised.
