The present invention relates to the field of internet and provides a data acquisition method for traffic allocation technology and a traffic control system. The method comprises: recording a website having a higher traffic allocation priority preset by a user; during a downloading process of the user, if it is found that the user accesses the preset website, preferentially allocating traffic to the website that the user is accessing currently, and sending technology usage data to a data acquisition end preset by the manufacturer; if it is found that the website the user is accessing is not the preset website, remaining unchanged. By presetting a website having a higher traffic allocation priority, a website which needs to be opened preferentially is distinguished and only the website preset by the user is opened, such that the download speed would not be affected by the of opening of other websites; meanwhile, the manufacturer can effectively acquire the usage information of the related technology in time.
