The invention discloses a method of controlling a bone conduction headphone, a device and a bone conduction headphone apparatus. The bone conduction headphone apparatus comprises at least one bone conduction earpiece used for a left ear and at least one bone conduction earpiece used for a right ear. The method comprises: obtaining location information and an original volume of a simulated sound source; computing, according to the location information, a distance between the simulated sound source and a bone conduction earpiece, computing, according to the distance, a time required to transmit the simulated sound source to a corresponding bone conduction earpiece; computing, according to the original volume and the distance, a volume of the simulated sound source transmitted to the corresponding bone conduction earpiece; and controlling the bone conduction earpiece to perform according to a corresponding time and a corresponding volume a playback operation. The method and device compute according to location information of a simulated sound source to obtain the sound transmitting effect at each bone conduction earpiece, and control the bone conduction earpiece to perform a playback operation to produce realistic playback content.
