The present invention discloses a dual-channel mobile terminal. A dual-channel mobile terminal is included, comprising: a first channel, a second channel and a dual-channel data synchronizing device. The dual channel data synchronizing device is used to supply the first channel and the second channel with a same clock signal, and to control data of data services of the first channel and data of data services of the second channel to be synchronized by means of the same clock signal. The present invention further provides a dual-channel data synchronizing method.
