The invention discloses a preparation method of a functionalized nanosilica based on graphene. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a graphite oxide by a modified Hummers' method; preparing an evenly dispersed graphene oxide suspension and an evenly dispersed nanosilica suspension by means of a vibration assisted by an ultrasonic process; preparing a silane-grafted graphene oxide and a nanosilica by means of a surface modification; and preparing a graphene-nanosilica hybrid material by means of an electrostatic assembly process and a chemical reduction. The method is simple and efficient, addresses the issues of stacking of graphene sheets and severe agglomeration of nanosilica, and shows promise for potential application.
