MINOR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT AUXILIARY FORENSICS METHOD AND SYSTEM

A minor traffic accident auxiliary forensics method and a system thereof. The method comprises: receiving a proof submission trigger instruction (S1); acquiring monitoring video information within a first pre-set duration before a current time point (S2); acquiring the last frame of monitoring picture information or the first frame of monitoring picture information in the monitoring video information, and marking same as basic monitoring picture information (S3); determining whether the similarity degree between the basic monitoring picture information and the next frame of monitoring picture information is greater than a pre-set similarity degree threshold value (S5); if not, recording the next frame of monitoring picture information, and marking same as new basic monitoring picture information (S6); returning and proceeding to execute the determination step until the recorded monitoring picture information amount reaches a first pre-set number; and sending the recorded monitoring picture information, the current time point and a current position to a traffic monitoring platform (S10). By means of the method, monitoring picture information under different conditions during an accident can be acquired, and the accident scene can be reproduced, thereby improving the efficiency of traffic accident handling.
