摘要

The present invention provides a real-time cell metabolite detection device based on a microfluidic chip. The device comprises the microfluidic chip, an automatic sampling assembly, a pretreatment and enrichment assembly and a detector. A channel configured with a cell culture chamber is disposed inside the microfluidic chip, and the automatic sampling assembly capable of collecting a sample from an outlet of the channel is disposed at a periphery of the microfluidic chip. Downstream of the automatic sampling assembly is connected the pretreatment and enrichment assembly capable of desalting a cell metabolite collected and enriching a target product. The detector is disposed at an outlet of the pretreatment and enrichment assembly, wherein the detector carries out in-line detection of the target product. The detection device of the present invention integrates the microfluidic chip, automatic sampling assembly, pretreatment and enrichment assembly and detector to allow real-time and in-line detection and analysis of a biochemical reaction as well as a drug metabolic process on the microfluidic chip.
