Disclosed are a high-capacity battery pack temperature control apparatus and a high-capacity battery pack with same. The temperature control apparatus comprises a heat-conduction sleeve made of an insulating and heat-conducting material. The heat-conduction sleeve is provided with several battery sheathing holes in one-to-one correspondence with several single batteries in the battery pack. The heat-conduction sleeve is further provided with fill openings located between the battery sheathing holes. The fill openings are filled with heat adsorption phase-change materials or/and fire extinguishing agent materials. The high-capacity battery pack is formed by connecting a plurality of low-capacity cylindrical single batteries in series and in parallel, and adopts the heat-conduction sleeve having the above-mentioned structure. The present invention improves the heat-conducting property of a high-capacity battery, controls the temperature of the high-capacity battery within a suitable range, improves the temperature consistency of the battery pack, and avoids, by heat exchange, shortening of the service life of the battery or thermal runaway of the battery pack caused by heat accumulation in the battery pack.
