A novel biotechnological invention that includes the constitutive or inducible activity of the mycelium of obligate saprophyte fungi of genus Cladosporium sp. and/or as symbionts of plants under in vitro conditions; the inoculation of same since they do not infect plants living under these conditions, and generate and maintain a nutritional environment for the plant without competition. In addition, the plant begins the process of adapting to in vivo conditions, promoting the secondary metabolism and/or the constitutive and/or inducible activities for its adaptation and/or defense, demonstrated by the fact that it is not infected by the mycelium of the fungi, and, using such a process, it can remain for up to six months in the same container/environment without showing any signs of damage, wilting or infection.
