Provided is a solar power generation system using tower-type solar power generation, comprising a solar power generation apparatus; said solar power generation apparatus comprising four solar panels (1), a base (8), and a first drive apparatus (3) vertically disposed on the base (8); said solar panels (1) are provided with second drive apparatuses (2); the first drive apparatus (3) is drivingly connected to the solar panels (1) by means of the second drive apparatuses (2). By means of the first drive apparatus (3), the solar power generation system performs rough adjustments of the angle of the solar power generation apparatus, and also performs fine adjustments of the angle of each of the solar panels (1) by means of the second drive apparatuses (2), thus improving the accuracy of adjustment of the solar power generation system; the feature of high voltage resistance of the integrated circuit (U1) in the electric-motor driver circuit improves the capability and reliability of the electric motor drive.
