ELECTROPLATING WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROCESS

Disclosed is an electroplating wastewater treatment process. Industrial waste red mud, agricultural waste straw and sea water are used for treating heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater. The specific steps are as follows: A. crushing the straw, and stirring and mixing the crushed straw and the electroplating wastewater to obtain a mixed liquor for spare use, wherein 40-50 g of the straw is added per liter of electroplating wastewater; B. stirring and mixing the sea water and the red mud, adjusting the pH to 8.5-9.5, standing, and filtering to obtain a filtrate for spare use, wherein 200-300 g of the red mud is added per liter of sea water; C. mixing the mixed liquor in step A and the filtrate in step B by ultrasonic oscillation, standing, mixing by ultrasonic oscillation again, standing, and filtering; and D. adjusting the pH of the filtrate obtained in step C to 7.
