Disclosed is a method for manufacturing myopia sunglasses, comprising a method for manufacturing a myopia underframe (1) and a method for manufacturing a sunglasses surface frame (2). The method for manufacturing the myopia underframe comprises the following steps: engraving inner and outer circles on a resin material in a CNC engraving and milling machine; polishing with a roller; engraving a first groove on an inner side of the inner circle; installing a first magnet set (11) in the first groove and filling the first groove with resin adhesive; drying; and polishing to get the finished myopia underframe. The method for manufacturing the sunglasses surface frame comprises the following steps: welding a metal frame provided with a second groove into the sunglass surface frame; polishing; electroplating; and adhering a second magnet set in the second groove with adhesive, and thereby obtaining the finished sunglasses surface frame. The myopia sunglasses manufactured in such a method for manufacturing the myopia sunglasses are convenient to wear, firm in structure and not prone to being damaged or scratched. Further disclosed are the myopia sunglasses.
