This computer system has a plurality of computers connected to one another via a network, wherein: the plurality of computers include a first computer in which an application for reproducing streaming data by using a buffer is operated and a second computer which distributes streaming data; at least one of the computers has a buffer control analysis unit that monitors a packet transmitted/received, via a session, by the second computer and the application and that analyzes buffer control performed through the application on the basis of header information of the packet; and at least one of the computers has an analysis unit that calculates, on the basis of the analysis result of buffer control, an index related to the quality of experience of a user who uses the application.
