An anti-riot robot used for reforming an oil tank and an oil tank reforming working station. The anti-riot robot comprises a work program mode controller, an execution part, and a transmission part. The work program mode controller is used for presetting internal reforming of a current oil tank and is correspondingly provided with an anti-riot robot working path. The execution part is connected to the controller. The transmission part is connected to the controller and is used for, under of the control of the controller, for driving the execution part to implement internal reforming on the oil tank when passing through the working path.
