A health insurance actuarial system and method based on social media data, said method comprising: acquiring social media data of a user from a social media platform (S10); classifying the social media data according to date (S11); extracting social media data corresponding to a date from the classified social media data (S12); when the geographical position information in the social media data corresponding to the date is the location of a medical institution (S13), generating a medical visit marker (S14), and when the social media data corresponding to the date comprises exercise data (S15), generating an exercise marker (S16); when all of the classified social media data has been extracted (S17), calculating the amount of medical visit markers to acquire a first risk proportion (S18), and calculating the number of exercise markers to acquire a second risk proportion (S19); and on the basis of the first risk proportion, the second risk proportion, and a preset health insurance actuarial algorithm, calculating the health insurance premium of the user (S20). The health insurance premium is dynamically adjusted by means of the social media data of the user, reducing the health insurance risk, and improving the profitability of the insurance company.
