STRAW PULPING WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

A straw pulping wastewater treatment system comprises an inclined screen, a primary settling pool, a hydrolysis acidification pool, an EGSB double circulationanaerobic reactor, an aerobic bio-aeration pool, a secondary settling pool, a flocculating settling pool and a reclaimed water pool; the inclined screen is used for recycling fibers from straw pulping wastewater; wastewater in the reclaimed water pool flows back to a pulping workshop; sludge outlets of the primary settling pool, the EGSB double circulationanaerobic reactor, the secondary settling pool and the flocculating settling pool are respectively connected with an inlet of a sludge pool, and a bio-gas outlet of the EGSB double circulationanaerobic reactor is connected with a bio-gas generator set.As compared with the existing straw pulping wastewater treatment systems, the straw pulping wastewater treatment system can realize closed recycling and reusing of pulping wastewater, thus achieving zero discharge of pollutants and saving water.
