Provided are a radioactive substance adsorption filter, radioactive substance adsorption device, and radioactive substance adsorption system with which it is possible to purify, in large amounts in a short period, contaminated water containing a radioactive substance. A radioactive substance adsorption filter in which a plurality of strip-shaped radioactive substance adsorption fiber substrates carrying a radioactive substance adsorbent are layered so that appropriately sized gaps are present therebetween and stored so that the longitudinal directions match, in a rectangular tubular frame in which at least both ends in the longitudinal direction are open. Contaminated water containing a radioactive substance is channeled in the longitudinal direction through the gaps serving as channels, and the radioactive substance is adsorbed by the radioactive substance adsorption fiber substrates, whereby the contaminated water is purified. A spacer extending in the longitudinal direction is affixed at both side edges of the strip shape of the radioactive substance adsorption fiber substrates, whereby the plurality of radioactive substance adsorption fiber substrates are layered so that appropriately sized gaps are present therebetween. The radioactive substance adsorbent is a Prussian blue analogue that adsorbs and removes cesium.
