Provided are a non-invasive pulmonary function measurement device which places less burden on a subject, a pulmonary function measurement method and a pulmonary function measurement program. The pulmonary function measurement device (10) measures data for evaluating pulmonary function and comprises: a sound output unit (20) which can be fixed to a body surface near a rib (R) and outputs sound to the rib (R); a sound detection unit (30) which can be fixed to a body surface near the rib (R) to which the sound is output, and detects the sound transmitted through the rib (R) from the sound output unit (20); and an attenuation calculation unit (52) for calculating an acoustic attenuation (V) from the sound output by the sound output unit (20) and the sound detected by the sound detection unit (30).
