Provided is a customer interaction control system, comprising: a customer information acquisition unit which acquires customer information, which is information about a plurality of customers with whom a plurality of customer interaction devices are respectively capable of interacting; a customer identification unit which, on the basis of the customer information, identifies a customer with whom an operator is to interact, from among the plurality of customers with whom the plurality of customer interaction devices are respectively capable of interacting; a selection unit which selects, from among a plurality of operators, an operator who will interact with the identified customer, who is the customer which the customer identification unit has identified; an interaction notification unit which notifies a selected operator, who is the operator which the selection unit has selected, that said selected operator is to commence the interaction with the identified customer; and a control unit which, on the basis of an action which the selected operator carries out, controls the customer interaction device which is capable of interacting with the identified customer from among the plurality of customer interaction devices.
