The magnetic levitation circulation rotation mechanism (2) is disposed between the community apartment buildings (1, 3), and the magnetic levitation linear translation mechanism is disposed in the car parking room in the room of each of the households on each floor. The garage simplifies transmission mechanisms, reducing vibration and noise.
