Provided are a 3D ink-jet printing ink composition and ink set, and method for fabrication thereof, the ink set comprising the following components in parts by weight: 45-75 parts of acrylic oligomer, 20-45 parts of acrylic monomer, 1-9 parts of photoinitiator, 0.2-10 parts of promoter, and 0-4 parts of colorant; the acrylic oligomer is selected from one or more of polyurethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, and polyether acrylate; said ink composition has a viscosity of 25-70 cps at room temperature; the ink composition has a surface tension of 20-35 dyn at spray temperature; the ink composition has a viscosity of 9-14.5 cps at at least one spray temperature. The ink composition is simple and extends the service life of the print head; it has a simple solidification process, no VOC emissions, and is non-polluting, and there is no warpage or deformation of parts.
