OIL-AIR LUBRICATING DEVICE FOR CHAIN LINKS IN FILM STRETCHING PRODUCTION LINE

Disclosed is an oil-air lubricating device for chain links in a film stretching production line, the device comprising a plurality of oil-air spraying pipes (1) provided in rows within a track (3) where the chain links (2) run. Oil-air nozzles (1-1) of the oil-air spraying pipes (1) are located on a front end face of the track (3). The position where the oil-air nozzles (1-1) are located is between inner and outer chain plates (2-1, 2-1) of the chain links (2) in height. Rear ends of the oil-air spraying pipes (1) are in communication with an oil-air distributor (4) outside a rear end face of the track (3). The oil-air distributor (4) is in communication with an oil-air mixer (6) through a number of oil-air pipelines (5). The oil-air mixer (6) is in communication with an air compressor (9) and an oil tank (10) through an air pressure pipeline (7) and an oil pressure pipeline (8), respectively. The oil-air lubricating device uses gas-liquid two-phase lubricating technology, such that the lubricating point of the chain links (2) is not affected by high temperature, thereby satisfying the lubrication requirements of chain links (2) in a film stretching production line under operation conditions of high temperature, heavy load and high speed.
